System Planning

Evaluation

Many of our clients have been using security system before we are engaged. Their systems may be old, obsolete, no longer fit for purpose or in need of upgrade, repair or replacement. At this stage our Consultant will provide an independent review of the present system, providing a thorough audit of all security hardware (cameras, sensors), recording machines, control room display and other related system like wiring etc.We will then submit a report with existing system inventory, schematic and drawings.

Feasibility

The investment in any new system or upgrade of an existing system often requires a robust business case presented to senior management to justify expenditure and how enhanced security solution will play an important role in an organisation overall safety and security strategy. Our feasibility service is designed to provide our client with a clear and concise address of the business case surrounding implementation, expansion or upgrade of systems.

Design & Management

We at JMJ take special care while designing the system to ensure that the system is designed, operated and managed efficiently and effectively. We consider this as the most critical part of the project as our design forms the blue print for the complete project implementation. We understand the concerns and pain areas of the client and then design the solution with integrated technologies to address the same. Complete layouts with network topology are handed over before the actual implementation takes place. Various things are considered during this process like what would be Risks during the implementation and how they need to be mitigated, Redundancy in the system and much more to avoid delay in the project handover timelines.
